Through a soft, accessible yoga practice, you’ll be guided to release tension, ground your nervous system, and gently return to your body. Reiki energy will be woven throughout the experience, offering subtle yet powerful support for emotional balance, relaxation, and inner clarity.


Grounded Together is about more than practice—it’s about togetherness. You’ll be held in a sense of community where there is no pressure to perform or be “anything” other than exactly as you are.
