  • Kyla Faganely

    MSc, HBK, BEd, E-RTY500, Pilates, Somatics, Meditation and Breathwork Teacher, canfitpro PROTRAINER


    Kyla Faganely is motivated, passionate and dedicated to the yoga and wellness industry. She holds a master’s degree in Exercise Science as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology, a Bachelor of Education Degree, and a multitude of fitness and yoga certifications and qualifications. 


    Kyla has worked, trained, and presented in the fitness and yoga industry for over twenty-five years and in a variety of countries and communities worldwide. In the course of her years of training and education, Kyla has worked with and trained under some of the fitness industry’s top professionals. Kyla has turned her dedication towards teaching the teachers and leading the industry with her own curriculum that is closing the gaps in the current fitness education systems.


    Throughout her experience in the industry, she has developed a passion for yoga training, wellness lifestyle, deep muscle activation, athletic training, functional movement, corrective movement, pre and postnatal training, and so much more. Kyla is appreciative and passionate about corrective movement, biomechanics, and physiology. She uses this to help teach instructors how to align people’s bodies and correct faulty motor patterns. She emphasizes the importance of mental strength, nutrition, happiness and rest and recovery as part of her overall approach to wellness. She strongly believes in the mind-body connection and truly enjoys helping coaches bring this holistic aspect of health to their clients.


    Kyla is continuously learning and is always looking for new knowledge to bring to the industry. With a background in education, she loves to certify fitness and yoga professionals and works with many health and fitness facilities as a continuing education provider. 


    Kyla naturally educates while she trains at all levels. She believes that we should all strive to be athletes for life.

  • Sarah Fratesi

    B.Sc.Ed, E-RYT500, PTS, CRMP, Sound Healing Pracitioner, Pilates, Yin/Restorative Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation Teacher 


    Sarah is a dedicated and passionate yoga teacher who has been guiding students on their journey of self-discovery for over 10 years. Sarah’s passion for all things health and wellness led her to pursue multiple certifications in the health and wellness field. 


    A teacher by trade, she quickly realized that her passion for guiding and teaching others extended far beyond the traditional classroom.


    Sarah is currently the co-owner of The Healing Loft Inc., a multidisciplinary Wellness Center & Yoga Studio in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Having earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Education prior to becoming a yoga teacher, Sarah has honed her teaching skills to perfection. She has a deep understanding of how people learn and strives to create effective, accessible classes that cater to students of all levels and abilities.


    Sarah's curriculum reflects her commitment to excellence and her deep understanding of effective teaching methodologies. She has led numerous wellness workshops and retreats in Northern Ontario, and she has also created and delivered curriculum for multiple corporate wellness programs/businesses, as well as post-secondary educational institutions.


    Sarah’s teaching style is grounded in mindfulness, self-awareness, and the belief that every student’s body holds its own wisdom. In her classes, she leaves intentional space between poses and during rest for students to tune inward—offering permission for either movement or stillness, whatever the moment calls for. She guides with the breath, setting a supportive and steady pace that allows presence to unfold naturally. Her power classes offer a challenging, energizing practice that builds strength and resilience, while her restorative sessions focus on deep grounding, nervous system regulation, and profound relaxation.


    Her gentle yet powerful guidance and uplifting energy create a safe and inclusive environment where students can deepen their practice and experience the transformational benefits of yoga. 


    Sarah believes that yoga is not just about the physical poses, but a way of living that transforms you from the inside out. Her classes and trainings are designed to help students cultivate physical strength, mental clarity, and emotional resilience. 


    Her goal is to empower her students to live, breathe, and move more mindfully—both on and off the mat—while living in alignment with their true selves.

    Carol is the glue that holds so much of our work together. With a heart for connection and an eye for detail, she plays a vital role in keeping our community running smoothly. 


    From coordinating and supporting events to assisting with trainings, Carol ensures that everything flows seamlessly behind the scenes. 


    Her organizational skills, warm presence, and dedication to our mission make her an invaluable part of our team—and a friendly face our community loves to see at gatherings.
