100 Hour Advanced Training - Yin & Restorative Yoga

This advanced yoga teacher training will give you 100 hours towards your 300 hour yoga teacher training (to receieve the designation of RYT500).

25 Hours in Person (1 Weekend Feb 8-9, 2025)
40 Hours Remote/Pre-Recorded Content & Course Work
35 Hours Virtual (Live on Zoom, Thursdays from 7:30-10pm)
