The Align Yoga Festival is a two-day wellness experience designed to bring people together through movement, mindfulness, music, creativity, community, and connection.
Held at the historic Machine Shop in downtown Sault Ste. Marie, the festival begins Friday evening with an inspiring opening night designed to welcome you into the weekend.

Originally from Sault Ste. Marie, Cara Krezek is an author, entrepreneur, speaker, leadership advisor, and certified CliftonStrengths coach. In Rooted to Rise, Cara explores what it means to move through change without simply trying to return to who you were before.
Through personal storytelling, reflection, and practical guidance, she will invite you to reconnect with the strengths, values, and purpose that help you find your footing and move forward.
Saturday | The Full Festival Experience
Saturday brings the festival to life with a full day of immersive wellness programming and more than 50 experiences to choose from.
Throughout the day, multiple movement, wellness, educational, and creative sessions will happen simultaneously, giving you the freedom to build a festival experience that feels completely your own.
Explore experiences including yoga, Pilates, meditation, sound healing, Reiki, breathwork, workshops, guest speakers, movement, art, mindfulness, and more.
Choose something familiar or step into something completely new. The festival is designed to feel welcoming, accessible, and inspiring for every level of experience, including complete beginners.
Between sessions, wander through the Vendor Village inside the Machine Shop, featuring a curated collection of wellness, artisan, handmade, and community-based businesses. Enjoy nourishing local food and beverages, discover new brands and experiences, connect with the community, or simply find a space to slow down between sessions.
Saturday evening, we come together one more time for a live music experience to celebrate, move, connect, and close out the weekend together.
