Set against the natural beauty of
Cabo, Mexico, this training begins with a
100-hour in-person immersion
at the renowned Yandara Yoga Institute. Surrounded by ocean air, open skies, and a supportive community, you’ll step away from daily distractions and into deep study, movement, reflection, and connection.
Through a blend of
hands-on practice, experiential learning, thoughtful self-inquiry, and community support, you’ll develop the technical skills and confidence needed to teach yoga safely and effectively — while also exploring the deeper layers of the practice. From alignment-based asana and intelligent sequencing to philosophy, meditation, and intentional living, this training invites you to experience yoga as a way of being, not just something you do.
The journey continues beyond Cabo with
live virtual learning, mentorship, and integration over time. This hybrid format allows you to embody what you learn, refine your voice as a teacher, and bring the teachings into real life — on and off the mat.

Training Schedule
Our next Align Yoga Method 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training will be held in Cabo, Mexico at the beautiful Yandara Yoga Institute, in a hybrid format designed to support both deep immersion and real-life integration.
Our Cabo immersion is designed as a true yogic lifestyle experience, allowing you to fully step into the rhythm of practice, study, reflection, and community. Each day is thoughtfully structured to balance movement and stillness, theory and embodiment, learning and integration.
Trainees will join us in person for one transformational week in paradise, completing 100 hours of the training on-site.
The remaining 100 hours will be completed virtually via live Zoom calls, held weekly over 15 weeks, alongside guided coursework, karma classes, and practice teaching.
Requirements
To successfully complete the Align Yoga Method 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training and receive full certification, trainees are required to:
- Attend 100 hours of in-person training with us in Cabo, Mexico from November 16–22, 2026 (All in-person sessions are mandatory).
- Attend all 15 live Zoom calls following the immersion. If you are unable to attend live, recordings must be watched within one week.
- Watch all assigned pre-recorded content and classes
- Complete all pre- and post-training homework assignments
- Fulfill practice teaching requirements and karma classes
This hybrid structure supports deep immersion, steady integration, and ongoing mentorship, allowing the teachings to unfold both on and off the mat.

This tuition covers all training materials, instruction, 100 hours of in-person training in Cabo, live Zoom sessions, pre-recorded content, mentorship, and all certification requirements associated with the Align Yoga Method 200-Hour Teacher Training.
Tuition does not include accommodations, retreat fees, or flights to Cabo, which must be booked and paid separately.
Tuition and Refund Policy
Payment of the tuition fee secures your spot in the teacher training program. Tuition fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the program is cancelled by Align Yoga Method.
